SHIPPING COSTS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Australia

Standard Shipping - $11.95 – 2-8 business days (Orders up to $99 value)

Standard Shipping - $16 – 2-8 business days (Orders $100-$129 value)

Standard Shipping - $18 – 2-8 business days (Orders up to $130 value)

Express Shipping - $15.95 – 1-4 business days (Orders up to $50 only)

Due to the cost that Australia Post charges, I have amended my shipping fees so it goes off weight as it's just costing too much. Apologies, but I do not make anything on shipping, its what Australia post charge me and often I do lose out on this to help you guys out.

New Zealand

Standard Shipping - $17.95 – 5-10 business days

UK & Europe

Standard Shipping - $29.95 – 6-27 business days

US & Canada

Standard Shipping - $24.95 – 6-27 business days (Not currently shipping to US due to tariff charges)

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Reggie and Friends. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 1. Processing your order

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you will be charged a return fee (Subject to Australia post fee at the time) and an additional delivery fee.

 2. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, we will try our best to get your order out same day, however please allow 2-3 business days. We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays.

3. Shipping Locations

We ship within Australia and Worldwide.

4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

5. Tracking Options

Reggie and Friends aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. If your order receives a tracking number this will be provided.

6. International Customs, Duties

Reggie and Friends are not responsible for any customs and duty charges in your country. Please check the applicable charges before placing your order.
